1. Project Cancellations

• Before Project Start: If you wish to cancel a project before work begins, please notify us in writing. Any upfront payments made may be partially refundable, subject to deductions for initial administrative or preparatory work.

• After Project Start: Once a project has commenced (research, strategy, or design work has been initiated), cancellations are not eligible for refunds. This is due to the time and resources already invested.

• Fixed-Term Engagements: Retainer or subscription-based agreements are non-cancellable during the agreed term unless explicitly stated otherwise in the contract.

2. Returns & Refunds

Since our services are intangible and custom-delivered, returns do not apply. Refunds are only provided under the following conditions:

• A duplicate payment was made in error.

• A billing or invoicing mistake occurred on our part.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days of confirmation.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Clients are expected to provide timely inputs, approvals, and feedback. Delays in communication or approvals are not grounds for cancellation or refund.

• VERSEATILE is not liable for change-of-mind decisions once a project has commenced.

4. Force Majeure

If unexpected circumstances beyond control (natural disasters, war, government restrictions, pandemics, etc.) prevent project delivery, timelines may be adjusted. Refunds will not be issued in such cases, but reasonable accommodations will be made.
